 Every year, the Recruiting Forum connects MCI students and young professionals with companies and provides a perfect platform for introducing, networking and getting to know each other. On November 22, 2023, the fair will open its doors once again for you to meet 100 exhibitors from different industries and regions. Be curious and seize the opportunity to look around and discover which employers are the best fit for you, in keeping with the motto "MEET YOUR FUTURE EMPLOYERS"! You can even make appointments in advance with all the companies you are particularly interested in.

Get Inspired

Get an overall impression of the participating companies in advance and find the employers that best match your interests and values. Get inspired by big brands, but also stay open to hidden champions.

Present Yourself

Make appointments in advance with all the companies you are particularly interested in and ideally bring your application documents with you. Of course, you can also spontaneously visit fair booths and introduce yourself in person.

Meet & Network

Get to know company representatives and find out more about individual career opportunities. We recommend making appointments with your "favorites" in advance. Also, if you create a profile, you can even be "found" and contacted by companies.

Boost Your Skills

You can also look forward to useful application services: HR professionals will check your CV, optimize your LinkedIn profile, conduct mock interviews and provide feedback on your personality test. We also offer a photo shoot for free application photos.
